Arthur Xantus - The Devil

Arthur Xantus is an Order Magician specializing in summoning. He works with Stan Vilmar only because the more Order is in power, the easier his skills are to use. His lack of any real loyalty to anyone and his desire for power is the reason why he is the Devil. He also makes a point to ensure that Cole remembers his place in exile and isn't above sending messages in the form of attempted murder to do so. After all he has his grandfather's sentence to uphold.
